Daytona Beach, Florida-The EWU Men's Cross Country team took their show an hour south to Daytona Beach on Saturday, where they participated in the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Cross Country Classic.
The Purple & Orange finished the Men's 8K event in 12th place out of 14 participating teams with a total of 88 points.
Juan Osorio once again led the EWU squad as the highest Tiger finisher, finishing 41st in a time of 30:29.85. Jaquan McCants was next to cross the finish line for Edward Waters in 88th place (35:48.41), followed by
Joshua Walkes in 98th (41:27.57),
Isaiah Reid in 105th (45:25.94),
Malik Collins in 108th (47:00.82), and
Jaden Williams in 111th place (48:13.61).
The Tigers will next hit the course on Friday, September 29th at the Florida State Cross Country Invitational in Tallahassee.
