Albany, Georgia-An up and down season for the defending HBCU Baseball National Champions now heads to the postseason as Edward Waters will get set to participate in their first Cricket SIAC Baseball Championship.
The Tigers (23-20, 16-13 SIAC) will be the #6 seed in this year's tournament and will open the double-elimination tournament on Thursday, May 4th in the first contest at 9:00am against #3 seed and two-time SIAC Champion, Spring Hill at the Albany State University West Campus Stadium. This will be the fourth meeting of the season between Edward Waters and Spring Hill as the Badgers took two of three games in a road series in Mobile.
The tournament is scheduled for May 4th-7th, with the championship game set to take place on May 7 at ASU. Admission is free for all spectators and more information can be found on theÂ
