Jacksonville, Florida-The EWU men's track & field squad turned their attentions outside as the Tigers took part in the 60th edition of the Bob Hayes Track & Field Invitational over the weekend at UNF's Hodges Stadium. 

The highlight of the weekend for the Tigers had to be the performance of sophomore Anthony Glover, who won the men's high jump with a mark of 2.00m (6' 6.75"). Glover also took seventh in the men's long jumb at 6.33m (20' 9.25").

On the track, Kody Gibbs placed sixth in the men's 100m at 11.26, then placed fifth in the men's 200m at 22.18. Anthony Glover placed ninth in the men's 400m at 51.94, while Tito Bethel took ninth in the event at 51.94. Juan Osorio earned an eighth place finish in the men's 800m at 1:58.55, Anthonyo Calvin finished ninth in the men's 110m hurdles at 16.27s, and the men's 4x100m relay team of Tracy White, Isaiah Reid, Kai Washington, and Kody Gibbs finished fifth in that event at 42.92.

Edward Waters heads to Orlando this coming weekend to take part in the UCF Knights Invitational.
