Daytona Beach, Florida-The Edward Waters women's cross country squad took part in the Embry-Riddle Cross Country Classic on Saturday morning and the ladies placed 10th in the event.

Tranasia Missick led the EWU contingent, coming in 69th position with a time of 27:09.21, followed by Sammya Brown in 70th (27:50.07), Abnelle Jean Louis in 71st (27:55.37), Di-Raphella Nelson in 81st (31:46.83), Valerie Brown in 82nd (32:09.86), and De'nayizsa Fance in 88th place (33:35.10).

Edward Waters will take a week off before heading to Tallahassee to take part in the Florida State University Cross Country Invitational on Friday, September 29th.
