Jacksonville, Florida-Kickoff times for the 2023 Edward Waters University football schedule have been officially released.
The Tigers will open the year with a two-game homestand at Glover Community Field & Stadium on September 2nd with the "Big Cat Classic" against rival Florida Memorial at 6:00pm, followed by a September 9th home kickoff against defending SIAC Champion, Benedict College at 4:00pm. EWU will hit the road for the first time in 2023 on September 16th against Fort Valley State at 6:00pm, then will return home on September 23rd at 2:00pm against Morehouse. The Purple & Orange will close September on the road on the 30th against rival Savannah State at 6:00pm.
October begins for the Tigers on the 7th as EWU hosts Lane College for Homecoming at 2:00pm, then back on the road on the 14th in Tuskegee, Alabama for a matchup against the Golden Tigers at 2:00pm CST. On October 21st at 6pm, Edward Waters will come back home to host Albany State, then will close the month on the road on October 28th against rival Allen University in the 4th Annual AME Football Classic at 2:00pm.
The Tigers will conclude the 2023 campaign at home on November 4th at 6:00pm against the Dragons of Virginia University of Lynchburg.
Single game, season ticket, and tailgating information will be made available to the public at a later date.
