JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Fans, coaches, and supporters of Edward Waters University Basketball will have an exclusive opportunity to catch the Tigers in action before the season tips off. The EWU men's and women's basketball teams will host an open practice on Saturday, October 18, 2025, inside the Adams Jenkins Gymnasium from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
This special event offers a behind-the-scenes look at the hard work, energy, and preparation that define both Tiger programs. The open practice will give fans and area coaches a unique chance to see how the teams are gearing up for the 2025–26 season

- Who's Invited: Fans, alumni, local coaches, and community members
Coaches' Experience
High school and AAU coaches are encouraged to bring their entire team to enjoy the experience. For just $30, coaches will receive:
- Access to the open practice
- Complimentary food during the event
- One ticket to the EWU football game later that day at 4:00 p.m. inside Nathaniel Glover Stadium
Please note: Players and attendees must purchase their own football game tickets separately through the EWU Athletics website.
