Jacksonville, FL -- Edward Waters University (EWU) recently partnered with USTA Florida to host an inspiring USTA Florida and EWU's All-Girls Tennis Camp as part of the #womenintennis and @amplify initiatives. The event provided a unique and empowering space for young girls to explore the world of tennis, fostering growth both on and off the court. The camp brought together several key partners to create a memorable experience including the EWU Women's Tennis Team, USTA Florida, and Aces in Motion (AiM).

Young attendees had the opportunity to receive expert instruction from EWU Women's Tennis Team members, learn fundamental tennis skills and techniques, engage in friendly matches and drills, and develop confidence and sportsmanship. The camp's focus on creating an all-girls environment allowed participants to feel comfortable and supported as they explored the sport. In addition to tennis instruction, the camp offered a holistic approach to personal development. Coach Brenda led the young ladies in a rejuvenating yoga session, emphasizing the importance of mental and physical balance in sports and life.
