Edward Waters Athletics Receives First Ever HBCU Tennis Grant from USTA To Advance Tennis Program

Jacksonville, FL -- Edward Waters University is proud to announce that the United States Tennis Association (USTA) has awarded the institution the first ever HBCU Tennis Program Grant, in the form of a generous $100,000 donation, to support the advancement and growth of its athletic program. This significant contribution will enhance EWU's efforts to provide its student-athletes with world-class facilities, training resources, and development opportunities.

This donation marks an important milestone in Edward Waters University's ongoing commitment to nurturing athletic excellence and promoting a culture of physical wellness within the student community. The funds will be allocated to bolster EWU's tennis program and other athletic initiatives aimed at expanding the university's competitive reach.
