Coach Ronnie Mason is a former collegiate football standout and experienced athletic trainer with a deep passion for developing athletes. A 4-year starter and 2-time All-Conference performer at Coastal Carolina University, Mason extended his playing career post-college with stints in Arena Football and the Canadian Football League (CFL).
Since 2013, Coach Mason has been dedicated to coaching and training athletes across the Southeast, from North Carolina to Florida. In 2014, he founded The Solution Dynamics (TSD, also known as TSDATHLETES), turning his passion for athlete development into a thriving business.
Coach Mason began his coaching career at Mandarin High School in 2015 and continued at Sandalwood High School in Jacksonville, FL, from 2016 to 2017. His expertise, particularly in training defensive linemen, quickly made an impact, producing success in his first season as a college football coach. Under his guidance, Jaren Wilson and James Gary, both of whom trained with Mason prior to their time at Edward Waters University, achieved All-Conference honors.
