Tigers Men's Volleyball Collects Two Road Wins Over Morehouse

Atlanta, GA., -- The Edward Waters Men's Volleyball swept their weekend road trip over Morehouse College March 15.

The back-to-back victories propelled the Tigers to an 4-0 record in Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) play.

EWU captured both wins by a score of 3-0.

In the opening match, Edward Waters won in straight sets, 25-17, 25-19 and 25-16. The second match between the teams didn't fair any better for Morehouse as the EWU Tigers also swept that match in straight sets, 25-17, 25-15 and 25-19.

Rojey Hutchinson paced the Tigers with 20 total kills across two games. Richard Hendricks added 13 kills, 20 digs, and six aces. Oneil Daley led EWU with 68 total assists.

Bryce Simmons finished with 14 total kills, three aces and six blocks across both matchups. Devonte Harmon added 10 kills, eight digs and five aces for the Tigers.
