Brownlowe Earns All-American Honors At NAIA Track & Field Championships

Gulf Shores, Alabama-Junior Farrin Brownlowe etched his name in the growing list of Tiger student-athletes who have earned the title of All-American with a successful showing at the 2019 NAIA Track & Field National Championships at Mickey Miller Blackwell Stadium.

The Sanford, Florida native placed fourth in the Men's High Jump event with a mark of 2.05m, finishing just .06m of the top spot in the event.  However, his Top 8 finish in the event earned him the All-American nod from the NAIA. 

On the Women's side, Sophomore Zyshai Brown finished 25th in the Women's 100m with a time of 12.29s, Freshman Tiara Taylor finished 20th in the Women's Triple Jump at 11.25m, and fellow Freshman Shekinah White finished 35th in also in the Women's Triple Jump at 10.87m
